Default 1966 Coupe-Where can I find statistical info?

I just bought a 1966 Mustang Coupe "C" car with automatic transmission and I was trying to find out how many of these models were made and in the color that I have. I have to completely restore it and I wanted to know everything about it before I start. Is there a website or book that I can get to tell me in that much detail about my car? I have already done the date code and VIN number research, just want the production details as for the number of cars made in my color with my engine and my transmission.

Thanks
Bobby
