Default 1970 mustang coupe gauge issues

When i got my 1970 mustang coupe none of the gauges work
ive tried changing fuses and the voltage regulator and still none of them work
i dont know what else could be wrong other than all the sensor are bad or all the wiring is bad

i was wondering if anyone had any advice on what could cause all the gauges to not work or where i should start from
any advice is greatly appricated

The chances that all the gauges are bad is slim. Lets take it one step at a time. I would first check that you have 12 volts coming into the voltage regulator. Lets start there and let us know what you have. Trust me I know this can be frustrating

Did you check the voltage coming out of the regulator? I believe it should be 5V.

Try this:
Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1970 mustang gauges, oil pressure gauge, wiring error
