Default 67 coupe modification question

i have a 67 coupe and i want to put a 4.6 in it witch came out of a 02 gt and i wanted to know if it would fit without cuting and could i get it to run with the computer and engine wiring harness

No the mod motors do not fix with out notching the shock towers or removing them.
