Howdy. Im getting ready to install a new Edelbrock 2121 Manifold on my 1967 ford 289. I got the Edelbrock bolt kit #8524 to go with it, but when testing the new bolts fit, they seem really tight. I dont want to strip the bolts, are they going to be tight?

I would check your thread pitch to see if it's the same. Take an old bolt and a new one and match the threads by holding them together at the threads.
