Default Granada brakes?

HI, im planning on making the disc brake conversion from a granada to my 65 mustang, but someone told me that i would not be able to align and balance it after. Is this true?

I finally finished work on my mustang, and drove it the drum brakes scare me, i want an upgrade.

Thank you

Unless you have a inline6 car id just put the stock disc on it or go aftermarket.

The Granada swap can be properly align, but check out discbrakeswap.com. It's a Granada based kit with everything to make the swap included in the kit and at a great price .

I would look here - I am doing this swap after the holidays.

I am not sure what year your car is, but they have swaps for '68 - '73 also.

65 and 66 can be aligned and balanced using a Granada swap from a donor car BUT you will have bumpsteer problems because the arm is longer on the spindle.
Denise at CSRP engineered this problem out of his kits for the 65 and 66. You will not be able to save money by trying to find the donor car getting parts and rebuilding everything from it.
$525 is a bargain for everything you will need in 1 box.
I have his kit on our car
