......Of course the three tail lights are a definite......
You have 3 tail lights on your '65? It should have only one on each side.

I'm with you on that.
I also like the turn signal hood and the deep side scoops on my '67.

The running pony in all its many forms on each and every Mustang. Whether it's in the corral with the cross or in front of the red, white, and blue. It just means business!!

I love it all!!!!!! just looking at my 66 from the rear it looks mean. The quarter panels right around the side window with the scoops. All the curves this car has I LOVE it! The 66 that I have bought it 3 years ago and she is stuck with me for the rest of my life always wanted one. Just listening to my 2 year old little girl wanting to out work on the mustang is priceless. You couldnt ask for anything better.
I think mazola was refering the way each of the taillights has the three vertical sections. Yeah I love that feature too.
My favorite though is definitely the front end, it just looks like business. Seeing that pony emblem driving up just gives me the chills! I love mustangs!

Yea the partitions of each tail light.
It cracks me up how the pony is running the opposite direction as horses do on American race tracks. It says that it truly is a horse of a different color.
Never really thought about it....just grew up with them in the family....
they are good cruisers....good race cars....good looks with the agressive look just by adding wheels and maybe changing the rake...(old verbage from back in the day). It could be sleek and elegant with standard wheel covers and stock springs, or hot rod tough looking with minor changes of shock set up or just by changing the wheels.
But what I really notice? think about the mid to late 60's cars....they were ORIGINAL styles.....no other mfg'r made their car look similar...each had it's on style. Look at the cars available today? If you own a Lexus...some guy in a Hyundai looks the same as you until you get close enough to see the "L"....same for all the others...boring.
Since I work a lot, some times I just enjoy going out to the garage turn on the stereo....drink a beer and just LOOK at my car.....gotta love it.!!!

I love the hips on the quarter panels. I'm really glad they brought that back on the '10 Mustang. Gives it that classic muscular look while also making it sexy.
