Default Let's discuss Marti reports

I have not ordered a Marti report for my car yet, but plan on doing so. I want to find out the explicit differences in the various reports offered by Marti. (What exactly you get for the money) They offer a basic report for something like $17.00, to an Elite report for over $200....What are the differences and how much detail is included... I am not sure which report to buy. Thanks!

I'd go with the deluxe report which I think is $46. This is what I purchased for my car.

Attached is a photo of a Deluxe report from a car I saw on ebay. I like the deluxe because it tells you your car is 1 of ##### cars with this option or that paint code etc.. It lists the dealer it was originally sold by, all the options it had, the day it was actually built etc.

[EDIT] 67ragtopstang beat me to it!

I would go for the Deluxe at $47, I think you'd be very happy with that one. That's the one I have bought for several cars.

The deluxe gives you a bit more info than the basic like what dealer sold the car and on what day. It tells not only what day the car was built but on what day the factory released the car for transport. It also compares your cars options to the others for that year. It does include everything in the basic report.

The basic report breaks down the vin and door tag, lists all the original factory installed options and tells what day the car was built.

The Elite report puts all the info framed in a binder. I don't remember the other stuff with it but it wasn't worth it to me personally as the deluxe had everything I would want to know with my car.

If you go to Marti's site it should list what you get and give examples of each.

Trying to find my father's 1973 Mustang Grande he bought brand new. 3F04F126773 last known registration and title was in New Jersey, 1982.

I was just reading on Kevin Marti's site that his reports are not available in Antarctica! I know we have scientists there, but I'll bet there are no Mustangs or any vintage cars there! It just struck me as funny.

I saw that also...It struck me as odd...I guess maybe Marti wasnt able to get ther records to all of the Mustangs that were sold out of the Antarctican District Sales Offices!!! Maybe some of the "Whale Wars" crews took their Mustangs there to fight the Japanese whalers...Hmmmm no They probably all drive Priuses....But come to think about it, most disclaimers come from a past action, which tells me that someone in Antarctica tried to get a Marti report and probably sued them because they couldnt get it, so now Marti is forced to include that disclaimer on their website, for all Mustang owners in Antarctica
