the ones with the five air ducts(triangular) will they fit on any 69-70 fastback? im considering taking the orininal ram air hood off a 69 fastback and putting on a shelby hood. will it work?

It should fit because some of the 69 GT 500 shelby's came with the hood that you wanted to take off.

I'm not sure it wont hang out on the front.The front on them looks to be a little bit longer maybe its just me.If you do buy it cobranda.com has the best fitting Shelby parts i seen yet.You could email him to double check if it will fit.

It won't fit as Andrew said, the front of the Shelby is longer.

It will bolt up to the hinges but it will stick out in front and won't match he contour for the tops of the fenders either. The Shelby fenders are different too. By 69 most of the exterior was changed on Shelbys from a regular Mustang unlike previous years.

Yeah 69/70 Shelby made different fenders for them.I'd do the whole front end but put a horse on the grille to be different.
