Default TCI transmissions any good?

im looking to buy a new transmission for my 1969 mustang one that caught my eye was the tci TCI 411000 - TCI StreetFighter Transmissions - summitracing.com im wondering if this transmission and the company dependable? if anyone has any experience please give me your input

I have seen hit and miss on the TCI trans, I know a friend of mine bought one and it broke sending metal through the transmission, TCI said tough luck. I have never had a B & M C-4 come a part.

I have not personally used a TCI transmission but I've heard only good things about them regarding the quality and dependability
