Default Inline Six Exhaust Questions

Hello, I have a 68 coupe w/ an inline. I want to purchase headers. Could anyone tell me where I could find them reasonable? Also, I am debating on wether I should run chrome side pipes or run a 2" pipe to a flowmaster w/ dual out?

I agree with Cindi. I like their 6 into 2 header for the Ford 200. The company is Clifford Performance. 6=8

Ok, thanks! I found one on classicinlines.com for $320. Hooker headers also make one for around the same price. Is there a single long-tube header that goes into one pipe instead of dual?

no, you would have to use a Y pipe.

I've enjoyed the quality of Clifford's parts but you might also try:

Ok... sorry... I didn't see that you'd already discovered ClassicInline.

I'd still go with Clifford's 6 into 2 with the port divider. Concerning what muffs to go with hopefully someone will have a suggestion as to what doesn't sound too raspy with that setup.

hey, they do make single long tube header that goes into a single collector, because thats what i have, if you find one you wont need a y-pipe. check out e-bay, that'll be the cheapest (at least thats what i found, in my months of searching) good luck!
