Default Aqua Dash Pad for 1966 Coupe

Hey All!

If things continue as they are we will be finishing our 66 this year (great, now I jinxed it)...

We have, and are continuing with, Tahoe Turquoise with an aqua interior. The dash pad needs replaced and unless I'm missing it somewhere I can't find what I need. I know they've started making a few more colors but does anyone offer a pad in aqua? Is my only option getting a pad and dying it? If I have to go that route would I just get a black pad or a blue one or what?

If anyone has any input that would be great... thanks in advance...

Snack

Awesome - thanks for the tip. Have you dealt with them before? I haven't heard of them.

Thanks!

Yes we have.

You've more than likely dealt with them and never knew it...

Again - I appreciate the scoop.

I'll be sure to give them a ring when I get to ordering my dash.

Have a good one!

National Parts Depot have light aqua 1966 dashpads as reproductions or as oe tooling. Always go with the oe tooling. They may be more expensive but they are far superior in quality.

I guess I haven't looked at them for a while as they didn't used to carry them. I would definately pay for OE tooling... I've had too many frustrations with bad repro parts.

Same here. About a month after I got mine, I replaced the faded, broken original dash pad with a reproduction. The colour was no where close to matching, and the fit was horrible. I bought an original on ebay, and went and picked it up.
