The car looks like Silver Blue. It appears to be one super solid body and those wheels are great!

Good call. I think you're right as it's a bit too light for Turquoise. Either way it appears to have good paint.

The paint is ok, no clear coat on it and no faded areas but it does have scratches here and there and later down the road we will have the car repainted the same color it is now with clear coat. We like the current color! Maybe we will throw in the dual white stripes that run down the car like the GT's, but thats just a thought and up in the air.

The car has new front a rear valances that are still black, so that adds another reason to paint the car later. Paint jobs are not cheap, well quality ones aren't

LOL, see I knew there was other new parts on the car that I was forgetting about.

LOL, it is a bit tight in there! But thats all i have to work with, so I make do. It actually isn't that bad considering most of the work I need to do and did already is under the car, inside the car or in front of it. When I do work on the front end of the car I just open the garage door and I have all the room in the world! LOL! My only problem I'm going to run into shortly is where am I going to put all the parts I ordered, not to mention I don't have any room left in there to put my new motor when it gets done.

It's actually my garage at my Condo, so I'm actually lucky that I have a garage that is attached to my condo and right below me! Just walk down my stairs and into the garage! Not all Condo's come with garages and not all Condo's come with garages attached to where you access your garage like you would in a house. The door for going into the garage is downstairs where my front door is.

From the picture you can't tell but there is more room in there than it looks like. Behind the car is a big BBQ grill and behind that is 2 metal shelves side by side for me to use. Plus there is another door in the garage that opens up into a storage area under the staircase, so it's not that bad, but I would like to have at least a 2 car garage.

The most frustrating part so far is how long it takes for parts to come in! I've ordered tons of parts and the only parts I have so far really don't do me any good until the others come in, LOL!

Got off the phone earlier with my motor guy and here is the numbers for my heads he transformed for me to go on the new motor. Turned out my stock heads were 260 heads and this is what he turned them into!

1.94 Intake
1.50 Exhaust

WOW!

Congrat's on the 66, I would be scared to do a mustang restoration in "Surprise Arizona" maybe you could move where there are no surprises to make that budget go a little further.

Only Surprises so far is how long my JBA exhaust is taking to come in. Over month wait so far!

Congrats! Looks like you got a great deal. I was reading a thread about cleaning carpets, you might want to take it out and run to the local wand type DIY car wash. I read it makes them look like new when pressure washed. Might save ya some bux.
