Default Can you post pictures in replies?

Hello all,
I have been trying to help when I can. Sometimes I find it would be very easy to explain something with a picture, much like I do when I include a link.
What I am asking is can I include a picture (small jpeg or tiff) in my response.
I recently was trying to explain an emergency cable layout. This would be so easy if I could take a picture into Photoshop and outline the part I am talking about. Then I would like to be able to include it in my response as like an attachment.
I am an old dog so I don't use my space or facebook or those type sights, so that eliminates linking to my sight.
Just wondering....Thanks.....Jim

It appears you can post links from a host site as well, just not the actual image suing IMG code
