After great thought and consideration about this subject, I have concluded that the best tools that any of us have is our hands. Thank about it. Our hands have caressed our loved one, held our babies, changed our babies, we feed ourselves with them. We use them for everything. With the same pair of hands we can be doing something as dirty as cleaning greasy grimed engine or transmission parts one hour and the next hour be preparing a sanitary meal for out family. At the end of the day we use the same tools to clean our bodies. Yes, I would say that my hands are my favorite tools. Without them the rest of the tools I have would be worthless.

I'm a heavy equipment mechanic, so my favorite tool is probably different. Mine is a an air hammer with a flat faced hammer bit, as opposed to a chisel or punch. I use it for everything. The most recent thing I used it for was walking a brake rotor off, but I have also used it to get stubborn trim screw out with no damage. It's a versatile tool that I have many attachments for such as: pickle forks, punches, chisels, sheetmetal cutter, and a door skinner tool.
