 Big Or Small Block Shaker Kit
I see shaker hood scoops come in big or small block versions. I plan to run a 351 cleveland in a 69. I found a 70 hood with the shaker hole already molded in. I believe 351 clevelands were an option in the 70 mach1's and looks to me like 69 and 70 hoods are the same. So which shaker kit would a cleveland require short big block or taller small block? Also will the hood placement hole be correct? The hood manufactor did not spec any certain motor application. Does motor size such as 351W, 351C or 428 change hood hole location requirements? |
