Can any one tell me if I can use these heads on my 302 engine? The casting number on the block is D1OE- 8015AA I think this tells me the engine is from a 1971 Fairlane or Torino not sure what the rest of the numbers mean. If someone could tell me that would be great.

The heads that are available to me have been rebuilt with alum. roller rockers have.hardened exhaust seats, new spings, new comp cams screw in studs and guide plates, casting# C9TE according to the casting number they are from a 1960 Truck or Bronco engine.

Those numbers D1OE-6015-AA tell me it is NOT for a 302 but is a 351W designed for a 1971 Fairlane,Torino but used on later year cars

Now go find the ACTUAL casting date of the block.

ie:* 1L22 *

How many valve cover bolts on that engine ?

That C9TE part was designed for a 69 Truck engine but no Windsors were made then

69 Trucks got a 240,270 (6 cyl) & 352,360 v-8's
