When anything electric is running in my car, it'll make a click, fallowed by a dong noise. During the dong noise my cab light flickers out for a second. I just tightened my alternator belt today and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. If you know or have idea's for what might be wrong it would be appriciated. Thank you

Is the car running when it makes this noise? Is it just at start up or when you open the door? Are you able to start the car?
