LOL Steve.....I was FLOORED she wanted this car. Here's the secret..when referring to parts=HER parts, work= her work, time with the car is "time working on HER car".....see just like talking in the third person.

I walked in from the garage and started running my mouth about "my" I mean HER car......said...I have to buy MY..(caught myself right about here and changed it to) TOOLS to fix YOUR brakes...lol I almost let it slip!!!!

I like the look, I have the front on the GT/cs lowered about an inch, I have good clearence in front and back. I may look at those, but if I made the decision today....I could see myself step up to 16"...I'll give the 17" more thought.

Looks like someone did a LOT of prep work (prior to your purchase?) looks to me like most of the hard work has been done also (assuming floors, grill, etc.).
That'll be nice competition for my '67 if I ever get down there with it, going to use the 302 it came with? and the AOD, is the AOD built at all or stock?

The rear suspension is stock but on the front I did the "Shelby Drop" and installed 1" lower 620 coil springs. The total drop is about 1.5". Even with all this I don't have any problems.
I will rebuild the rear suspension soon but I'm waiting until I install my new differential.
