Default 1969 Mustang coupe door window questions

Hello to all fellow mustang owners!!! I have a 1969 coupe I am restoring and now that it feels like spring has found us in Minnesota I am ready to pull out the pony car and work on it. I have the glass for the door windows but both sides are currently out. I was wondering if anyone knows of a site that I can get a diagram of the window so I could order the parts I need, and also what would be the best type of glue to use to put the glass back in? Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks, Shawn

Default 1969 coupe door window question

Hello all I have a 69 coupe that I am currently restoring and I am having a little trouble with the windows. When I bought it the windows were there but not in, I am actually wondering what goes between the door window, and the vent window in the back. I have a vertical weather strip for each side, but is there a chrome strip or any kind of frame on the front window? any comments or pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all. Shawn

Welcome! I'm no expert, but my '69 only has the weather strip that you're talking about (pic below) for sealing between the two windows. I'm not sure what adhesive would be used on that strip, or for mounting the window in the track. I'm sure one of our resident experts will guide you in the right direction though.

Look here for good info, including the addition of the heater hose to stop the glass from going to far down and the brackets from coming off eventually.
