Default New 1964.5 Coupe Owner

Just wanted to make a quick post saying hello. I've been into Fords for years and have owned a 1996 Mustang, a 98 Cobra, and a 2001 Lightning. I've just recently bought my 1964.5 289 coupe. I'm absolutely loving it. Plus it gives me something to do on a daily basis

thats a very nice looking car. It doesn't look like it needs any work at all. Of course I can't see the interior or the engine compartment in the picture.

So what's the first thing your going to do to it???

Well the first thing I've been doing is trying to figure out the terrible wiring hack job the previous owners have done. Trying to find out why the brakes lights, instrument lights, and turn signals aren't working.

Gotta love bad wiring jobs. Mine has speaker wire randomly inserted and hanging down. Nice car and congratulations on getting it.

Yep.... the wiring is so frustrating I'm actually thinking about buying a whole new harness and just re-doing the entire thing.

Thanks for the good words.
