I have a book called "Mustang Restoration Handbook" by Don Taylor and Tom Wilson that I found to be very helpful. It covers a complete restoration from tear down to re-assembly and has lots of great illustrations to help. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Default one thing at a time

I'm no expert, but now 1.3 years into my project, one starts becoming relatively knowledgeable. I had no book, just good common sense about what to do! Pick something to do~ start with whatever you want, finish it, move on to the next thing you've been losing sleep over. I took my 67 coupe completely apart, categorized as best I could, use baggies, labels. A year or two later, you'll wonder what a certain bracket, nut, bolt, lever, thingamajig goes to! Can emphasize this enough~ DOCUMENT, TAKE PHOTOS TO REFER TO LATER ON! Speaking of photos, post one please!

Good luck~
