Default Parts list for head change

So as many of you probably know from previous posts i am planning on changing my cylinder heads and thanks to a nice paycheck and a bonus do to our sales last month my car fund is only about $100 short which i can cover. I think i am going to start ordering parts next week but this car is my daily driver so i want to make sure i have everything i need before i start tearing it apart so that i can put it all together the same day. This is what i am planning on getting:
AFR 165 heads
Head bolts with step washer
Pushrods - Hardened for use with guide plates
Rocker arms - Full roller
Head, intake, exhaust, and valve cover gaskets
Antifreeze
Silicone/gasket maker

Am i missing anything i will need? Also any helpful hints or tips would be appreciated. How long should i plan on this taking?
