No, I'm not asking about the emblem on 65-68 Mustangs grille. I have heard the phrase used when talking about car shows. Is that when they group the cars by what model they are, in this case Mustangs? Or is it where they put cars that are for sale? I want to know because there is a cruise I am going to that is going to have a Corvette Corral, a Mustang Corral, and a Pontiac Corral.

At an all Mustang or all Ford show, that term is often used for an area where cars for sale are placed. But in your case, with a multi-marque event, it probably just refers to how the cars will be organized/displayed.

Qick answer..............corrals are where they used to keep horses or livestock that were for sale

Corrals were also used to keep frisky male horses from wandering the streets of town looking for naive filly's
