I don't understand how you're going to pull the motor though without a hoist. How will you support the motor when you take the motor mounts out to get this stand under there?
You also have to raise the front of the car a good 5' to clear the lower radiator support to roll either the motor out or the body away. Add the height of the motor plus the stand, maybe a little less than 5 but it would still be quite high.
The last thing is a fixed stand like that will be difficult or impossible to work on the bottom end of the motor. A rotating engine stand is great for that. This stand is basically good for engine storage only.
EDIT: just thinking of this more you should just buy a regular engine stand and buy or rent a hoist. The motor won't just come out the bottom. The engine cross member, steering system and sway bar will be in the way. You would need to take the front of the car apart to do it that way. Out the top is easiest with these Mustangs. If this was a Chrysler product from this era out the bottom would be very possible as the motor, steering and suspension is all attached to the K member, just drop the K member and it all comes out in one shot.
