is it a yellow goo thats not really a liquid?

moisture. water.

in my 03 ram theres a feature to draw moisture out, and after each oil change is alot of it.

its a yellow slime stuff.

but ive never had it in the oil filter

Any bubbles on the dipstick? Could be antifreeze.

cracked block, cracked head, bad head gasket, bad intake manifold gasket could cause this open your radiator and take a look at the antifreeze if you have the rainbow or little oil blobs floating you have one of the formentioned problems, My 87 bronco did it to me turned out my intake manifold was bad i changed the oil and it was okay for a bit when i checked it again had the chocolate milk problem again hope its nothing to major
