Default Engine Builder in Atlanta Area

Does anyone know of a really good engine builder/rebuilder in the Atlanta area? My car has the original 390 FE in it and I want to find someone that really knows how to work on these old FE motors. I'm disassembling the car now and am about to pull the motor and tranny out this week. Thanks.
