Default 67 rack and pinion

I have a 67 and would like to put an improved rack on the front end. However the racks all bolt into the crossmember assemblies bolt holes. One of my nuts in the bolt holes has ripped out. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix or an idea of how to modify a bracket or any other idea to bolt the new rack in.

thanks

Hi Red! I've installed a Flaming River rack. It bolts to where the steering gear bolts were and where the idler arm bolts were. It's a very sturdy frame. Hope this helps!
