Here is a picture of my car I just bought keep in mind I only gave $500 for it. Did i get a good deal?

HOLY COW! Where did you find a deal like that close to Madison. That's just down the road from me. Where was it at?

It needs a lot of work but I think it's worth $500!

It's hard to tell from just pictures how much work the car will take but no matter what shape the car is in its worth the $500.

I actually bought here in town it had been sitting in a guys garage for about 5yrs. Just happend to find out about it & ask him & the rest is history. It's all original checked vin & door plate & everything is matching.

It actually looks better than I expected, you have an excellent start to a long restoration there.

I gave 3 times that for mine.

1976 Cobra II, 302 CID, C4 auto trans. Blackjack headers, white with blue stripe and blue interior. Restoration and mod in process.

I'd sure say you got a good deal. Mine was $4,100! But it she was well preserved. Does your new find run??? I'm gonna guess it doesn't but you never know.

turns over just not getting fire I'm replacing voltage regulator tonight hopefully that'll fix it.

Don't forget to check/change your points, condenser, rotor, ect. if necessary. Also fuel filter. For some great info on the L6 check out fordsix.com

I would love to find a old six banger convertible for $500!!! Great find, it just goes to show that there are still deals out there!
