Default Wheel question Styled Steel

I want to put a set of Styled Steel wheels on my 1966 Mustang. I want to get the 15 x 7 for the rear, but they come in all chrome wheel. I want to use the trim ring that came on the 66 model year with those wheels.
My question is will the trim rings fall off because the rim is all chrome rather that the original rim which came matte black for that year.
I think you guys will know what I'm talking about. I already have the ones for the front. Thanks

What I have in front:

What I want for the rear:

You don't need the trim rings, the trim rings were there because the wheels did not have chromed rims, I don't know why you would want to put them on there, but you should be able to.
