Hello. A power steering car would have had the same tag whether it was a GT or not, with that tag being the HCC-AW. Since it's a power steering car, I guess I can go ahead and chime in. What's the date date on your car? I've got a coffee can full of steering gear box tags. I don't give out the HCC-AX tags because that could be inadvertently assisting someone with fraud, but it isn't a big deal on the HCC-AW tags on a power steering car.

Hi again.
The closest that I found was an HCC-AW with 5M21, which is a couple of weeks late. I'm confident that I would be able to explain that away at a show, though. These cars weren't coming off the line on the scheduled production date, so, if your car got bumped for a few days because of some glitch in the initial assembly, components installed a little closer to the end of the assembly, like the steering gear box, could actually be dated that late. If you want it, you can have it. Just P.M. me an address to send it to.

Hi again. Those are kind of pretty. As MIL1ION said, it's a personal message which doesn't appear in the public forums. If you click on someone's user name beside one of their posts, a little pull-down menu will appear, with one of the options being " Send _______ a personal message. " I'll drop the tag off at the post office in the morning. As far as my needing something for my car goes, all that I can say that is that, clearly, you have never seen my attic. All that I ever ask of people I'm able to help out is that they do likewise when someone else needs a hand.

I bought a pair of those from a Ford dealership in 1988.
They were lying in drawer gathering dust.
Originally back in the 60's women who bought a mustang got a pair free from the dealership.

I thought you may have owned a pair by now
