Default Which Engine Oil Should I use

Hey guys, Just finished rebuilding my 200 cid engine in my 68 stang. Was wondering which motor oil I should use. Live in Florida where its always hot and these engines always seem to run on the hot side. Any suggestions I sure would appreciate it. Thanks.

Steve

do not use synthetic until the engine has been completly broke in. 1000-1500 miles should do it. after that run any good synthetic you like. and yes i do run royal purple. a good 10w-30 conventional oil with a break-in additive would be best to start with.
