Feedback needed on Keisler Transmission for 65 Guys,
I am looking into swapping my automatic transmission to a mannual. Found great threads on the Forum for tips, but am wondering what a Keisler transmission does to my 65 with regular 289 engine.
*Is this overkill for my standard power engine (ie its not a beefed up high HP engine)?
*Is it easy to install and do I need to make a lot of mods (cut outs etc)?
*Is a hydraulic clutch a must for a Keisler?
*How does the car handle with a Keisler, much better than any other/older trany
* Overall, is it worth the money?
Any feedback would be very much appreciated.
Jake
