Hi there,

Stupid question but can any1 tell me what size the front lights are on a classic 67 shelby(not eleanor)? headlights & inboard grill lights.
I was under the illusion the headlight was 7" & the grill was 5 3/4" but was told today that all 4 are 5 3/4"?
Can any1 clear this up for me .
The 67 mustang was defo 7" & I think this is why I thought the shelby would be the same

Ask Tony Branda Mustang Parts Shelby Parts Cobra Parts he can tell you.I always thought they all 4 was the same size.

According to the Mustang books I have it says that the early cars had the 7" center mounted lamps, but the head lamps were 5 3/4", it looks like later they went to 5 3/4 across all four and in some states they had to move them to the outer edges of the grille.

Im gona take a chance on the 5 3/4".
I emailed the above link, mustangsunlimited & NPD... NPD said 7" & the other two said 5 3/4" across all 4.
I havent got the front end yet & have to buy bits before the missus gets her hands on my cash.

Both are correct, but only a few early cars had 7" center lamps. Post some pics of the project.
