Default Need Assistance with matching engine colors
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction by providing me with an alternate (or several) brand and specific (manufacture number/code) for the gold color Ford used on their 1964 1/2 Mustang 289 Air Cleaner and Valve Covers?
I stopped at 2 different Ford dealerships and they were baffeled. I also tried Advance Auto and Autozone with answers such as, "we think, we beleive, thats kind of close... .
I'm entering my first car show this saturday and I would like to freshen up these two components.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

to everyone who has contributed to my request for information i am sincerely greatful. thanks for bringing me into the fold and making me feel comfortable asking what may seem a silly queston. i'm glad i made the switch to mustang (as opposed to camaro).
