Default GT140T (66 Mustang/SVO 2.3 Turbo) is on the road!

Just finished putting the front end on and the rest of the GT140T strip and bottom trim today. Just waiting for the ends for the AC line so I can mke them up and finish installing that. Then all that is left is the console and put the passengers seat back in.

It's a 4 cyl, the 2.3 Turbo and what was used in the SVO Mustangs and I think Thunderbirds too.

You did an awesome job with this! It's one thing to mod a car and do an unconventional engine swap like this but it's something else to make it look like it belongs!

Hopefully a 1969 convertible or Sportsroof (non Mach or Boss) for next Mustang project

Trying to find my father's 1973 Mustang Grande he bought brand new. 3F04F126773 last known registration and title was in New Jersey, 1982.

That was the plan all long. That and to the build a car to get around 30 mpg and still have power.

Can I ask a question? Did you ever consider doing a Zetec or Duratec motor with a RWD conversion? The DOHC motor can make some great power, I am currently mounting one in a Fiat X1/9
