Welcome to the site.
Clean your contacts and retry it. I bought a cheap horn for about $3 dollars and touched the terminals to make sure that it was the horn.

yeh have original steering wheel both horns work when earthed out but when i put steering wheel back on its not contacting some where wasnt sure weather ther should be constant power at both horn contact points on the steering wheel,somehow when i put the chrome horn assembly back on the horns dont work, thanks for your replys i need all the help i can get these little problems give me the biggest headachs.
