Default How to remove folding rear seat 1966 Mustang fastback

Can anybody tell me how to totaly remove the folding rear seat in a 66 fastback. I see a hinge halfway in the middle when folded down but don't see any way to take it apart. Thanks

1st step is to remove the 4 screws that hold the rear most platform down. These are located in the oval chrome piece near the back and two in the forward corners. Remove that piece to get to the hinge bolts of the forward piece. Really thats all there is to it.
