I get most of my parts from Mustangs Unlimited - The Premier Source for Mustang, Shelby and Cougar Parts and Accessories. They have good service, and they are close enough to me for me to get parts next day with standard shipping. They best place to get body parts are from YearOne though. I know that many of the places have the same brand parts, but not all of them do. It just seems like whatever YearOne gets fits the best on all types of cars.

I'll vote for Mustangs Unlimited too. Also try Virgina Mustang www.vamustang.com they have been very helpful too.

How many would vote for The Paddock in Knightstown, Indiana? I just wonder if their repro parts are generally as good as Cal Pony's.

There are a some exceptions, but generally, I have found that all the parts houses sell the same repro parts. The only difference, if any, is in how friendly they might be to deal with and their price.

Thanks for your input. I kind of figured that would be the case. I have my 'Christmas list' of needed parts for my '66 Stang and I'll have to travel out to The Paddock to see what they can fix me up with and also at what price.

Browsing on EBay for nice '66 Mustang parts makes me dizzy and dejected because it's really hard to find any real deals on EBay, especially after shipping and handling is tacked onto the prices.

Yep, I am headed to The Paddock and I hope they don't also make me dizzy and dejected. For me it's usually easier to deal with a real person face-to-face and I tend to part with my money more readily that way.

They carry Cal Pony parts so you can ask for CPC products when you get there.

Thanks Mike. When I was browsing through The Paddock's website, I didn't come across CPC (Cal Pony) parts but I'll be sure to ask them about Cal Pony parts when I get to their store.

You've helped to make my life less stressful trying to run down quality '66 Mustang convertible parts.

I have used Ohio Mustang, they specialize in 71, 72, and 73's. I found parts there that I couldn't find anywhere else. Sometimes you have to resort to used parts, they have some cars to part out as well as having new and OEM parts.
