Default worth switching over to manual

have a 69' coupe and i was woundering if it would be worth switching from a auto to manual trans? what will it cost? i know most of this is driver preferance but i dont mind either one. but manual is cooler to drive in my opinion.

All the parts are available, but one. The clutch pedal assembly is reproduced, but if your car has manual brakes, you are going to have to find the manual trans brake pedal assembly from a donor car. If it has power brakes though, then they do remake the manual trans brake pedal assembly. That or you could upgrade to power brakes which includes the brake pedal assembly. http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/ite...p?T1=1521KS+01 And no, you couldn't use your automatic trans pedal. It is too large for the clutch pedal to fit on the end.

It can be done on a budget if you have the time to hunt for parts, but some stuff you should just buy like the crossmemeber, and the clutch cable.
