Default Steering wheel too large I am 6 feet tall

My knees hit the steering wheel when I am sitting in my 1965 Mustang

Where can I buy a smaller steering wheel. The current wheel is 16 inches wide

and the interior is black. Do you know a brand name or a distributor.

Default Smaller Wheel or ?

Hi there. I had a similar problem because I'm 6'4''. I couldn't work the clutch pedal easily. I tried a smaller wheel which helped only marginally. The best repair is a tilt column but another good way to get some extra room is to shorten the seat pans. If I'm not mistaken, Mustang Monthly or their sister publication, Mustangs and Fast Fords had an article on doing this modification on their website under "how to". My smaller sreering wheel was made by Grant and I bought it at Summit Racing along with everything needed to mount it and adapt the horn.

Here is a article about lowering seat pans: Mustangs Plus - Tech Articles - Lowering Seat Pans (Page 1)

You need your seat pans they can be lowered like in that link but you can't totally remove them.
