Use a extractor. Sears sell them. Same thing happened to me on my 77. It sat for 25 years. I tapped in the extractor and it came right out. It has reverse threads.

Hello Lucciano,
The extractor is a great idea and should work.

I would also like to offer my opinion as someone who let my car sit for a long time.
I would replace the wheel cylinders and all hardware. it is not that expensive and pretty easy to do.
The reason I say this is because the wheel cylinders have seals that will probably leak.
It depends on what you are trying to do. if you just want to get her up and running, take the bleeder out, but be careful of the brakes after as I think they could be a cause for concern. I think you can do all the brakes for under $100.00 and it is worth the peace of mind. Also check the condition of the rubber line, they can go bad inside.

I am not trying to discourage you but when it comes to safety, brakes are so important.....Just the thoughts of an old back=yarder Print Dad

To repair broken Bleeders/Rusted wheel cylinders are not the best idea.

The New Cylinders are Very Reasonable, and Cost effective as compared to Buying Extractors, Time consumed, agrivation, etc.

When we Talk about Brakes---The Most imortant Aspect of the Car, No Will Do, Methods need to be used.

As the Previous Write Disclaimed, The Only Way to Get 40 Year old, Or 15 Year old brakes to function safely, is to Do it Right the First time---Put all new on.

Cost is only $140.00 for all new Drum Brakes--\
