Better to always check your posts before posting, use the "Go Advanced" option. Should have been a 289, other than that, can't read much.

Nice car! You're in the area of the country you can drive one year round, no winter mess for you.

yeah, i live in the valley, so it does get some rain here, no snow though, unless we drive up to the sequoias, were only like 15 20 minutes away from the mountains. theres alot of classic daily drivers here too, not just mustangs, mainly camaros, chargers, and alot of carmen ghias. the local car shows are always packed.
unfortunately alot of people talk **** on fords here. but i just leavem in the dust, theres a super charged orange rs thats pretty intimidating tho, seing how the weiand supercharger sticks out like a foot out the hood.
there are a few mustangs here, not to many with the amount of mods i got. i have stock internals still, the only thing i got going next is puting on some afd heads i got from australia, just gotta get the springs, valves, guides, and roller rockers.
theres still alot i wanna do to my stang.

Interesting to hear about what vintage cars you see mostly at shows around by you.

Not many Camaros here, I wish there were more. The most popular Chevys from that time frame are Chevelles/Malibus here in Northwestern CT. There are a few Chargers and Coronets. The Mustangs are plentiful, 65-70 with a few 71-73 cars. Only a handful of Cougars though. Oh yeah, a few 60s to early 70s Corvettes too.

There are 2 or 3 "oddball" cars around here like Opel and Rambler, it's great to see these cars when they show up, it get's tiring staring at the same cars cruise after cruise!
