Default crate engines for a 1969 mustang?

i"m going to be putting a turn-key crate engine in my 1969 mustang. I'm looking at a 302/ around 300 hp, just for a Sunday driver. I've seen a lot of different companies offering the engines, and I thought I could get some good recommendations on the engines and companies from here. Ease of installation , workman ship, and customer service.
