Default chrome bumper buffing

i was wondering if anyone had tried to buff out a little rust on a chrome bumper, i am restoring my 65 and the bumpers are 98% rust free, just a few spots here and there, are ther any products that i should know about that may remove the rust and prevent any further rusting, i can get new for ~130.00 each, but like everyone else, i would love to spend less money with similar results, thanks

Default got ur answer

I have the same K&N also and love it, I could have found it a little cheaper on ebay, but I wanted a valid warranty so I got it at here. K&N 100-8567, or you can try one of the vendors on the forum here, you can usually find a good deal that way as well. This was very easy to install and I love it.

I use what andrew talked about NEV-R-Dull (I think) works wonders. Now my kids use it on their bike fenders.

Maguire's also has a chrome wheel cleaner, it has a slight acid etch that helps get rid of small rust spots.
