Question 1971 mustang oil light turns on when hit brakes?

i have a 1971 fastback 302 block
when im driving and i start to slow down
and in on the brakes the oil light turns on
but when i stop it turns off every stop it turns on
i check oil and is fine
can anyone help me out?

Sound like it could be the oil sloshing around in the pan giving a false read. Where is the oil sensor located?

Yeah it is just the oil moving around, you may need to check the level of oil you have, or replace the sensor.

thanks idk where the senor would be at
i have to look in too it the oil is fine i checked it
as soon as it did it the first time. both
of u im sure are right i have find the senor and check it

Sensor is right beside the oil filter. I assume you probably have a loose connecting plug since they just slip onto a threaded screw.

Has somebody been working up in the crankcase and left out your windage tray or sump baffles, whatever should be in there might not be in there.
