Default 67 - 68 Fastback Trunk Lid Molding

In the event anyone has an interest to know, I found a source for the trim molding I was searching for. I needed to replace the trunk lid molding on my 68 fastback. I had bought a couple pieces of the taiwan crap which does not come close to fitting. I found a place on ebay called B-l-wcars. He claimed to be able to get me one made on original ford tooling. I was skeptical. Keep in mind, all the mustang supply houses ( Imean all) said nothing like that was avaialble. Only one source and yes it was from Taiwan.

NOT SO, Got mine today from b-l-wcars, it was expensive ($113) but it is absolutely perfect in everyway.

Thank you for the info.

I wonder if he can get other molding reproduced too. All the Mustang parts suppliers seem to carry the Corvex brand repro stuff. I have found some NOS and good used molding on Ebay that I have bought for my 68 coupe but it would be great to have a source that can get molding (even if it's only certain pieces) when needed.

Hopefully a 1969 convertible or Sportsroof (non Mach or Boss) for next Mustang project

Trying to find my father's 1973 Mustang Grande he bought brand new. 3F04F126773 last known registration and title was in New Jersey, 1982.
