Well, if the car is in the condition you say it is that is a good price. Being in Chino you don't have to worry about the winters we get in other areas of the country so winter driving doesn't apply.
You don't mention what body style or other options the car has but even if it is just a base coupe that is solid and redone the price is still more than fair.
There were also two 6 cyl motors in 69, the base 200 (with the 4 lug suspension) and then the optional 250 (with 5 lugs). Parts are readily available for both.
