An electric antennae i bought burned out on me after 2 month. The box was a little beat up, but it worked fine. They said i can't return it, so i ended up sending it to the manufacture.
An air cleaner i bought had a huge scratch around it. They were willing to take it back, but i have to ship it back on my own expense. $60 air cleaner, and $13 shipping. Not cool.
A monte carlo bar i ordered didn't fit my mustang, and it was more expensive than a better quality one.
The shop is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours away, and its hard for me to find time in my schedule to go up there, especially with their limited hours. (M-F 9AM to 5PM, Sat 8-12, Sun - Closed, and sundays the best day for me) So everything i buy, if i need to return it, end up having to be shipped. Shipping heavy car parts is not cheap.
My car is a 1969 Ford Mustang Coupe
They are very friendly and helpful, don't get me wrong. Its just, i live a little far away, and something always happens upon buying a product from there. |
