Default Tail Light Harness Loom?

How is the rear tail light harness held in place where it goes along the top underside of the left quarter panel? I don't see any tabs or anything that would hold it up. Is there supposed to be some kind of clip that is attached to the lip where the trunk closes onto?

I see where the harness is held place going a long the back between the tail lights.

There should be tabs that are part of the quarter panel and taillamp panel that fold over to hold it in place. Once it goes over the wheelwell there is a plastic clip that was taped to the loom and clipped into the inner quarter pillar.

Thanks......I think mine are broken off then. I'm going to have to try some way of holding up that harness.
