I need to do the same thing for my 67 and have not been able to find anyone that has put a kit together or would use there expertise to list the parts needed. Most of the time the "phone jockeys" at the catalog places don't know anything about cars and the parts experts don't have time to talk more than five minutes. So, I got about 5 catalogs and made a list from each catalog of what I thought I needed and by the time I got through all the catalogs I was pretty confident that I had it all. It helps to disassemble one of the doors beforehand just so you see all it's guts and have an idea of what can be re-used. Some parts are not reproduced and MUST be saved. I left the other door in tact so I have a map of how to put the disassembled door back together. Wish me luck, the parts should be in soon, but I probably won't get to putting the doors back together until next spring.

What parts are you guys replacing? I have never needed anything besides a good cleaning and replacement plastic rollers and weatherstrips before. the plastic rollers are still available from Ford and the weatherstrips are cheap and readily available. Do you have something broken inside your door hardware wise?

The nice thing is you can buy everything for your car, but what are you rebuilding? Window cranks? Door Latch? Sheet Metal issues?

Unless the door is completely rusted away, then maybe replace them.

You will have to buy regulators, felts, weatherstripping, locks, etc. separately, but they are all available.

But the question is (like Mike asked) - are you rebuilding all the components or do you have sheet metal issues?
